Stepping up to supervise a team can present challenges that through timely and effective training can be addressed confidently by the individual.  This workshop provides the essential skills required to lead a team to achieve high levels of performance.

  • People new to a supervisory position or management role.
  • Supervisors who have been in the role for some time with little formal training.
  • Staff you are considering promoting into a supervisory role.

  • Identify individual communication styles and adapt their own to optimise business relationships.

  • Know how to coach the best performance from staff.
  • Identify and manage performance issues proactively.
  • Praise and reprimand confidently.
  • Conduct formal performance reviews in a motivational and constructive manner.
