Facilitating Training
|
An important aspect of value-added service that a representative can offer key customers, is staff training. The benefits of staff fully understanding the products, the conditions they treat and the benefits they bring has invaluable spin-off for the staff, their employer and your organisation.
Effectively educating staff requires a skilled methodical approach that allows for different adult learning styles and the constraints within which the training must take place.
This programme will:
- Outline the process of training, from objective setting through to post course evaluation
- Show how to design training programmes that address the different adult learning styles, whilst being interactive and fun for participants
- Show how to deliver training that ensures your message is delivered and retained by the participants
- Utilise training support resources effectively
- Give participants the opportunity to put together a training session and role-play it for colleagues, receiving constructive feedback
Outcomes
Participants will:
Have the confidence and skill base to offer a professional level of staff training to key customers. They will be able to follow a model to put together effective training sessions, quickly and efficiently.
