Alice Hardie

Alice graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Teaching. After working in Europe teaching, she returned to Wellington in 1992 and took a role as a science technician for Ag Research. In 1994 Alice joined GlaxoWellcome as a Medical Representative and in 1996 was promoted to Senior Hospital Representative. Her role encompassed field coaching, researching clinical papers and facilitating training for the new and experienced company representatives and product specialists. Since 1998 Alice has been contracting independently and for Pro-Formance Driven as a business coach and training facilitator. Alice’s strengths are her supportive management style and her ability to communicate confidently at all levels within the healthcare environment. She is a passionate coach and facilitator with indepth knowledge especially in clinical paper research and hospital key account management.
