Having earned a Diploma of Teaching early in her career, Julie went on to spend over fifteen years in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Roles over this time included sales and business development, where she was a top performer and leadership roles, including General Management and Company Directorship in small, mid size and large corporations.
Julie then moved into Sales Development and Training; eventually running The Sales Academy for a large multinational network operator. The programmes she directed providing positive, measurable business results.
Julie has also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She can work with your staff with a set of principles, presuppositions, tools and techniques which together can help individuals be the best they can be in the moment. In addition the models help to shape beliefs so that staff become more empowered and can change patterns.
Recently Julie took time out to explore the Pacific under sail. Now she’s back in New Zealand, working with organisations to improve their sales effectiveness and leadership competency.
Julie’s work draws on her own experience, the expertise of others and is influenced by a number of key publications. Julie has also participated in and utilises a wide range of sales methodologies and leadership development programmes which contribute to her material. She is an experienced executive with a passion for understanding and developing success in individuals and organisations.
Her workshops are high energy with active participation by attendees. A mix of simulations, practices, brain storming and creativity tactics ensure participants, have fun, stay engaged and actually take home a few gems which help in their success.
