Arlene Nicholson

Arlene joined a multi-national healthcare organisation in 1993 as a Sales Representative and within a year started a career in marketing.  Over the following 5 years she held positions in product and sales and marketing management.  After starting a family, Arlene managed specific projects for the sales, marketing and HR teams within that organisation.  Her interest in HR, specifically learning and development grew and she completed a Diploma of Training and Development at Massey University.

 

In 2003 Arlene began contracting in marketing and learning and development roles for various multinational healthcare clients and more recently, a leading NZ bank.  She has extensive experience in the creative design, development and facilitation of tailor made training and development programmes and is passionate about helping organisations achieve competitive advantage from its staff.
