Vanessa completed a bachelor in nursing and after clinical experience moved into sales and marketing for a multinational pharmaceutical company, and then in the multimedia industry. Vanessa then completed a Certificate in Adult Teaching & Learning along with seven years experience in training and performance assessment in both the education and healthcare field for individuals and small groups of people. Understanding the principles of adult learning enables Vanessa to work effectively with individuals to achieve the best results for their personal and professional development. Her priority as a coach and educator is to ensure individuals develop the skills to link theory behind practice to real work situations, thus achieving the best results in performance development. Vanessa is an energetic and dynamic individual. Her problem solving approach combined with lateral thinking enables her to direct the client to their own conclusions. Vanessa will drive for results through her client in a training and coaching style that is consultative but goal focused.
