Dion Andrews

Dion specialises in the delivery of insights within the context of selection or development through the application and interpretation of psychometric assessment tools.

A Registered Psychologist with 12 years’ experience in psychometric assessment, Dion was educated at Canterbury University where he attained a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Organisational Psychology. In terms of access to psychometric tests, he has a ‘C’ registration with the New Zealand Council of Education Research as well as certifications with Saville & Holdsworth Ltd, Myers Briggs, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and the OPRA Consulting range of tests.

After approximately 12 years working for various consultancies. Dion set up Shadow Consulting Ltd with the aim to make high quality psychometric assessment more accessible and is proud to be associated with Pro-Formance Driven.
