Joanne Hyland

Joanne has a BSc Hons in Food Science. Since graduating, her experience includes ten years working for a large multi-national organisation where she worked in positions encompassing sales, marketing, training, sales management and event management. This gave her hands-on experience with designing, implementing and working with both performance management and training systems.

She now specialises in tailor-made training and performance management systems.

After experience consulting for a human resource organisation, Jo joined Ingrid as a business partner in 1998. Since this time, she has developed training packages that enable organisations to implement effective performance management systems and training initiatives. The training methodology that she uses enables managers and supervisors to understand, buy into and operate the systems with confidence. This ensures that learning is taken back to the workplace and that staff performance is maximised.
